GIANT SETS

Giants sets are roughly 4 sets of exercises done continuously with the absence of any break inbetween. There are two contrasting methods in which the purpose of giants sets can be achieved. It is possible to either alternate between two pairs of exercises intended to work the same group of muscles, or alternate between two other pairs of exercises that are supposed to work on conflicting muscles. In most situations, giants sets include two conflicting muscle exercises, and exceptions include an alternation between upper and lower abs.
